I obtained my real estate license in October 2003.  Prior to that, I was a mortgage loan officer for about 6 years.  My mortgage experience coupled with my real estate experience gives me the knowledge to help my clients with the entire picture.  I specialize in helping sellers and buyers in Central Kentucky and surrounding areas.  This includes Lexington, Richmond, Georgetown, Nicholasville, and Winchester.  I have experience in new construction, as I represented a builder for 2 years.  I come to the table as a trained negotiator who will work hard for my clients help them achieve their goals through the sale and purchase of real estate!
